Recycled materials

Recycled materials are obtained by two different processes:

  • recycling materials or clothes that have already been used. This is known as post-consumer recycling, i.e. these materials are given a “post-consumption” second life to prevent the use of virgin materials in textile production.
  • recycling scraps of raw materials used during the production of clothes. This process is called pre-consumer recycling, which means we create and spin new threads from scraps of fabric recovered from textile production before consumption.
